Job summary

Tech Aalto seeks a Client Migration Specialist to support customer migration and onboarding for a leading global financial institution. You will coordinate migrations, manage stakeholder communication, validate documentation, and ensure a seamless transition to new banking platforms and services.

Responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end activities, serving as the main client liaison, validating information, tracking progress, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the migration

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Client Operations.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in client onboarding, account servicing, or banking operations ensuring accurate and compliant processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
