Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a Client Migration Specialist to support customer migrations and onboarding for a leading global financial institution in Singapore. You will coordinate end-to-end migration activities, serve as the primary contact for clients, and collaborate with internal teams to meet milestones.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office proficiency. You will validate documentation, track progress, resolve queries, ensure compliance, and support post-migration

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Client Operations.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in client onboarding, account servicing, or banking operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
