Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Client Migration Specialist to support customer migration and onboarding for a leading global financial institution. You will coordinate end-to-end migrations and act as the primary client contact.

You will collaborate with internal teams, validate documentation, track progress, resolve queries, and ensure compliance with banking policies. The role requires 2–5 years in banking or client operations and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Client Operations.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in client onboarding, account servicing, or banking operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client migration activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the migration process.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely completion of migration milestones.
• Validate client documentation, account information, and onboarding requirements.
• Track migration progress and provide regular status updates.
• Resolve client queries and escalation issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support post-migration activities to ensure successful client adoption.
