Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Manager (.NET) to lead the development of frontend, backend, and REST API applications that support trading workflows and client-facing systems.

You will modernize services, drive cloud adoption, and scale platforms using containers and Kubernetes, while mentoring a team of engineers to deliver reliable, low-latency solutions for a financial trading environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of professional IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET and REST API design.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular/React) and backend services.
• Strong cloud and container-based deployment experience (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with trading systems, low-latency, high-availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ~10 developers on .NET trading and client-facing applications.
• Modernize applications for cloud and container-based deployment.
• Architect scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Oversee frontend development for usability, responsiveness, and performance.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery and testing.
• Ensure security, compliance, and high-availability for trading environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including trading and DevOps.
