Qualifications

• 8–12 years of professional IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET and REST API design.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular/React) and backend services.
• Strong cloud and container-based deployment experience (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with trading systems, low-latency, high-availability requirements.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Manager (.NET)to lead development of our frontend, backend, and REST API applicationsthat support trading workflows and client-facing systems. This role involves modernizing existing applications, driving cloud adoption, and scaling platforms using containers and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of ~10 developers working on .NET-based trading and client-facing applications.
• Modernize applications for cloud and container-based deployment(AWS + on-prem).
• Architect, design, and implement scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Oversee frontend development ensuring usability, responsiveness, and performance.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery and testing.
• Ensure systems meet low-latency, high-availability, and security standardsrequired in trading environments.
• Collaborate with C++ trading systems team, infrastructure, and DevOps for end-to-end integration.
• Drive best practice​s in coding, design patterns, unit testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate trading requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-12 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Familiar with CFD Systems like Matching Engine, Risk Management Systems, etc.
• Experience in Messaging Queue like AMQ, MSMQ
• Familiar with multithreading application development.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and REST API design.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular/React).
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectureand microservices design.
• Expertise in containerization (Docker)and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Familiarity with AWS services(EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM).
• Strong background in building enterprise‑grade financial applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines(Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar).
• Proven experience working in financial services / trading domain.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience integrating with trading systems (OMS/RMS).
• Knowledge of real‑time data streaming (Kafka, Redis, SignalR, gRPC).
• Exposure to application security practices (OAuth2, JWT, secure API design).
• Understanding of compliance, risk controls, and regulations in financial systems.
