Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own the organization's IT operations and technology landscape. This hands-on leadership role balances strategic planning with day-to-day technical support across devices, networks, and end-user systems.

You will manage infrastructure, vendor relationships, asset lifecycle, and project delivery while ensuring security and reliability in a standalone environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure/operations roles.
• Standalone or lead IT professional with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Strong networking knowledge: routers, switches, wireless, cabling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters across the organization.
• Configure, deploy, support, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Provide hands-on Level 1-3 technical support and resolve user issues efficiently.
• Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access management.
• Manage and maintain office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and structured cabling.
• Ensure reliable connectivity, network performance, and workplace technology availability.
• Support and maintain office AV systems, meeting room technology, printers, and other end-user equipment.
• Develop, document, and maintain IT standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Own and maintain the organization's IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, and hardware refresh planning.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proactive professional who thrives in a standalone environment, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience operating as a standalone or lead IT professional with end-to-end ownership of IT functions
• Proven track record managing IT infrastructure, end-user support, vendor relationships, and technology projects
• Strong hands-on expertise supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and structured cabling.
