Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, computer science or related field.
• At least 5 years of IT experience with team leadership/management.
• Experience overseeing IT operations across multiple offices.
• Strong vendor and external partner management.
• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Provide strategic direction for IT infrastructure, systems, applications and technology initiatives
• Manage and coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers and technology partners
• Oversee IT ticketing and support processes to ensure issues are tracked, prioritised and resolved within agreed timelines
• Establish and improve IT processes, policies and service standards across all offices
• Plan and manage IT projects, system implementations, upgrades and improvements
• Monitor IT performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience
• Oversee IT security, access management and compliance requirements
• Manage IT budgets, resources and vendor contracts
• Act as the key point of contact between the IT team, business stakeholders and external vendors
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance rather than being primarily involved in hands‑on technical operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of relevant IT experience, with prior experience in a team leadership/management capacity
• Experience overseeing IT operations across multiple offices or locations
• Strong experience managing external IT vendors and service providers
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management processes
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity
• Good stakeholder management, leadership and vendor management skills
