Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to oversee day-to-day IT operations, applications, and system support in Singapore. You will troubleshoot issues, manage SQL Server databases, and ensure data integrity, security, and availability across business systems.

You will also support SAP BI, data modeling, reporting, and data extraction, while guiding system enhancements, testing, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, application support, database management, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including querying, scripting, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Good knowledge of database design, data modeling, and SAP BI.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting application and database issues.
• Experience in system implementation, integration, migration, and testing.
• Knowledge of IT security, access control, backup and recovery, and IT governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing IT vendors or leading IT projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities
