Job summary

Leong Guan Food Manufacturer Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and ERP systems including NAV/Navision. You will lead end-user support, manage security, and drive technology improvements across the business in Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in IT-related fields and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and vendor-management skills are essential to succeed in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision and ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, and IT security.
• Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, vendor management, and IT projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure, systems, applications, and end-user support.

• Oversee IT security, backup, system updates, access controls, and data protection.
• Plan and manage IT projects, system upgrades, ERP enhancements, and technology improvements.
• Manage IT vendors, software licenses, procurement, IT assets, and maintenance contracts.
• Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of technology resources.
