Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to understand client requirements and design comprehensive managed service solutions. You will develop ITIL-based governance, SLAs, and service models while collaborating with Sales, Delivery teams, and vendors to deliver value.

The role emphasizes pre-sales, proposal development, and client-facing workshops, with potential for certification and Japanese language advantage. Based in Singapore, regular business hours apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Managed Services, IT Consulting, Presales, Service Delivery, or Solution Architecture.
• Experience in MSP, System Integrator, Telecommunications Provider, Cloud Provider, or Enterprise IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.
• Experience in solution design, service architecture, SLA definition, governance, and service transition planning.
• Experience in customer-facing activities such as requirements gathering, workshops, proposal development, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business, technical, and operational requirements, and identify managed service opportunities.
• Design managed service solutions, including service architecture, operating models, support structures, and service scope.
• Develop ITSM processes, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and governance models based on customer requirements.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and customer requirements, and prepare proposals, solution documents, cost estimates, and presentations.
• Work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Technical Teams, and Vendors to develop and deliver suitable solutions.
• Support service transition, onboarding, operational readiness, and continuous service improvement.
• Partner with the Sales team to generate new opportunities, drive upsell and cross-sell activities, and achieve revenue and sales targets.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Managed Services, IT Consulting, Presales, Service Delivery, or Solution Architecture - Experience working in an MSP, System Integrator, Telecommunications Provider, Cloud Provider, or Enterprise IT environment - Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management - Experience in solution design, service architecture, SLA definition, governance, and service transition planning - Experience in customer-facing activities such as requirements gathering, workshops, proposal development, and presentations - Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills - ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, ISO27001, Cloud certifications, and Japanese language skills are an advantage
