Job summary

You will manage Active Directory, VMware ESXi, FortiGate firewalls, and Microsoft 365 services, providing L1/L2 support and ensuring security, backups, and firmware updates.

The role requires 2–4 years in IT infrastructure with a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS, and offers a full-time position with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure administration and technical support environments.
• Hands-on proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server administration, VMware ESXi, Firewalls and Network equipment (routers, switches, NAS), and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT systems, servers, networks and Microsoft 365 for daily operations.
• Manage AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and core domain services.
• Administer on-premises VMware ESXi environments and storage.
• Enforce M365 security features, MFA, and access rights across tenant.
• Configure Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, security policies, SSL VPN, and threat prevention.
• Provide L1/L2 desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Oversee backups, OS patching, firmware upgrades and OS imaging.

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Support professional to maintain IT systems, servers, networks and Microsoft 365 for smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Server Administration

• Active Directory & Core Domain Services: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot core Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, and DHCP services
• Virtualization & Server Infrastructure: Administer on-premise virtualized environments including VMware ESXi
• System Maintenance & Backups: Oversee regular system backup routines, storage allocations, data restoration tests, OS patch management, and firmware upgrades

Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administration

• Tenant Management: Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, including user onboarding/offboarding, license management, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint access rights
• Cloud Security Policies: Enforce M365 security features, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Email Monitoring

Network & Firewall Security Management

• Firewall Administration: Configure and maintain Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls, including security policies, SSL VPN access, and threat prevention features
• Switching & Network Routing: Administer enterprise network equipments, VLAN configurations

Endpoint Management & User Support

• L1 / L2 Desktop Support: Deliver prompt Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, printing, and network issues across desktop/laptop users
• Deployment & Security: Manage workstation provisioning, OS imaging, inventory tracking, and central Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR solution), IOT device management (TMS machines), Corporate device issuance

Documentation and Asset Tracking

• Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, IT procedures, and asset inventory. Track the assignment, issuance, movement, and return of company IT equipment and devices

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure administration and technical support environments
• Hands‑on proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server administration, VMware ESXi, Firewalls and Network equipment (routers, switches, NAS), and Microsoft 365 administration
