Cornerstone Global Partners in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to support infrastructure operations, projects and end-user services in an enterprise environment.

You will coordinate infrastructure activities with internal teams and external vendors, manage incidents and service requests, assist with system upgrades, and help ensure security, compliance and reliable IT service delivery.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure including servers and networking.
• Familiarity with desktop OS and collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of incident management and service requests.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation, maintenance and upgrading of IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate infrastructure activities and project deliverables.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers.
• Assist with system upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Support workplace technology and video conferencing services.
• Monitor issues and coordinate escalations.
• Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and documentation.
• Follow IT policies and security requirements.
