Qualifications

• Configure, maintain and upgrade servers, networks and related hardware/software.
• Perform asset management and maintain asset records.
• Monitor IT infrastructure health and security; perform checks.

• Manage change processes with documentation and traceability.
• Respond to service requests and incidents with timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure SLA compliance.
• Automate tasks using Bash/PowerShell and Python/Perl.
• Support IT infrastructure projects and ad-hoc duties.
