Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and upgrade servers, networks, and related systems in Singapore. You will monitor health and security, troubleshoot incidents, and automate routine tasks using Bash/PowerShell and Python/Perl.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/CE and strong analytical, problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset. You will support infrastructure projects and coordinate with vendors to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of log analysis and tracing issues.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure management: configure, maintain, and upgrade servers and related hardware/software.
Monitoring & security: day-to-day health checks and security monitoring.
Troubleshooting & support: resolve infrastructure and network issues; respond to incidents.
Automation: script routine tasks using Bash/PowerShell and Python/Perl.
Change & asset management: document changes and maintain asset records.
Vendor management: coordinate with providers to meet SLAs.
Project support: assist with provisioning IT infrastructure projects.
