Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations professional to deliver day‑to‑day IT support, manage incidents, and drive IT projects across the organization.

You will support onboarding, device setup, and user guidance on Microsoft 365, while coordinating with regional teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires 3–4 years in IT infrastructure/operations and a solid foundation in IT service management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, IT service delivery or end-user support.
• Good understanding of IT service management, including incident, change and asset management.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, workplace technology and network fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies is advantageous.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, enterprise AI tools or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN and Wi‑Fi infrastructure is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GxP, IT compliance or audit requirements is advantageous.
• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct infrastructure readiness checks for new IT implementations.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover and post-implementation activities.
• Track project issues, risks and action items and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain relevant IT documentation and change records.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, automation and overall user experience.
• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned.
