Job summary

Manus AI seeks a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to manage day-to-day IT, networks, MDM, and security policies. You’ll support employees, optimize office networks, deploy security measures, and help govern access control across enterprise systems.

You will contribute to cloud platforms, Linux servers, and CI/CD workflows, applying GitOps practices and automation to improve reliability. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT or systems operations.
• Ability to resolve routine issues independently and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with configuring enterprise wireless access points, firewalls, switches, and routers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees and manage IT assets.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize office networks and access controls.
• Manage endpoints via MDM, including enrollment, policy deployment, and offboarding.
• Improve endpoint and network security with encryption, malware protection, and data loss prevention.
• Manage enterprise accounts and permissions; support onboarding, changes, offboarding, and access reviews.
• Participate in cloud platforms, Linux servers, and business systems operations.
• Contribute to CI/CD, GitOps, and automation to improve deployment reliability.
