Job summary

Thatz International Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive System Administrator to support and maintain our IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. You will ensure availability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365 and VDI platforms, while collaborating with internal teams.

The role covers incident management, change processes, security monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT services and user experience across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in system administration / IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools.
• Experience with VDI platforms (VMware Horizon, Citrix, AVD).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor servers, OS, cloud services, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft 365 users, Teams, SharePoint, and related platforms.
• Support and maintain VDI environments (VMware Horizon, Citrix, AVD).
• Monitor health, performance, and capacity; optimize resource usage.
• Manage identities, access, and security policy adherence.
