Job summary

THE HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist to design and deploy robust networks, storage, and compute solutions for clients in Singapore.

You will collaborate with clients to capture requirements and create architecture diagrams, then deploy hardware and software to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure. You will perform ongoing system maintenance, security audits, and incident response, while coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering (optional).
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification.
• Azure Administrator Associate or Azure SA Expert.
• CompTIA Network+ and Security+.
• VMware VCP.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• CISSP.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
• Develop comprehensive network, storage, and compute solutions.
• Create detailed design documents and architecture diagrams.
• Deploy and configure hardware, software, servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Perform system maintenance, updates, performance monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot secure network infrastructures.
• Implement security measures, conduct regular security audits and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support, collaborate with client IT teams, and conduct training/documentation.
• Oversee infrastructure projects end-to-end, coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors, and report progress.
• Stay current on industry trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure.
