Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Finance/IT Financial Operations professional to oversee divisional technology budgets, track expenses, and drive cost optimization initiatives within a leading financial services group.

You will manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, monthly accruals, and financial forecasting; re-engineer technology financial processes; support governance and prepare executive dashboards and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Proven background in IT financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Experience within the financial services or securities industry will be a plus.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and Tier-1 ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee divisional technology budgets, expense tracking, and cost optimization.
• Handle day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly accruals, and financial forecasting.
• Drive operational efficiency by re-engineering internal technology financial processes.
• Manage inter-entity service level agreements and technology service recharge frameworks.
• Support internal project management office governance and prepare executive presentation materials.
