Job summary

VisionPowerSemiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) is seeking a Master Data Management specialist to design, implement, and maintain robust MDM solutions ensuring data integrity and consistency across the organization.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine and equipment applications for data collection and monitoring, driving improvements toward automation in the 12-inch fab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in Master Data Management.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology.
• Knowledge of SPC, FDC, CIM, Full Automation, and Quality Management.
• Proficient in at least one programming language: C/C++/C#/Java/Python.
• Proficiency in CIM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain Master Data Management solutions in line with data governance policies.
• Perform regular system updates, patches and performance tuning to optimize MDM performance.
• Monitor and improve data quality metrics across systems.
• Integrate machine and equipment applications for data collection and status monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robotic workstations, detection instruments and database tools meet standards and goals.
• Drive continuous improvement towards 100% automation and zero deviation in the 12-inch fab.

Education Qualification & EssentialExperiences:
