Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an Equipment Automation Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain EAP for assembly and test equipment, with SECS/GEM integration. You will support factory integration, production support, and System Enhancements including real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance; 24/7 on-call may apply.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

Equipment Automation Development

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Equipment Automation Programs (EAP) for assembly and test manufacturing equipment.
• Implement equipment integration using industry-standard protocols such as SECS/GEM.
• Support equipment recipe download/upload, remote control, and process parameter management.

Factory Integration

• Integrate new production equipment into the factory automation ecosystem.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to develop and validate automation requirements.
• Perform equipment buyoff, qualification, and factory acceptance testing.
• Ensure seamless data exchange between equipment and manufacturing systems.

Production Support

• Provide 24/7 support (on-call when required) for equipment automation issues impacting production.
• Troubleshoot communication failures between equipment and host systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor EAP system health and equipment connectivity status.

System Enhancement

• Develop automation features to improve productivity, OEE, traceability, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Implement smart factory initiatives including Automated lot dispatching and Real-time equipment monitoring.
• Predictive maintenance data collection.

Industry 4.0 initiatives

• Support digitalization and manufacturing analytics projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
2. 2 to 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, or industrial automation.
3. Experience in OSAT, wafer fabrication, electronics manufacturing, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
4. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
5. Strong knowledge of equipment automation protocols such as Secs/Gem, Semi E84.
6. Experience in programming languages such as C#, python, etc.
