Job summary

N & T ENGINEERING ENTERPRISE (PTE) LTD in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician with hands-on experience in maintaining servers, networks, and security controls. You will monitor backups, perform restorations, and ensure systems run reliably across Windows/Linux environments.

The role requires knowledge of Linux, SQL Server, and MS Access, with practical skills in network configuration, user management, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Relevant University Degree in Information Technology or Computer Technology Engineering and equivalent with 3 years' experience or
• relevant Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Technology Engineering and equivalent with 6 years' experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain system maintenance, including backup of server and controllers and troubleshooting.
• Perform periodic Backup, Restoration, and use recovery software.

• Maintain network switches & routers and include configuration.
• Manage Users, Privileges and Roles.
• Maintain cybersecurity standards, procedures and configurations for systems and services.

• Attend security incident response including alert triage and escalation.
• Supervise onsite installations, testing and commissioning.
• Site meetings and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system maintenance, which include backup of server and controllers, troubleshooting and fixing the faulty server & controller.
• Performing periodical Backup, Restoration, and using recovery software.
• Basic knowledge Linux, SQL Server and MS Access databases.
• Maintain network switches & routers and Includes configuration.
• Managing Users, Privileges and Roles.
• Maintain cybersecurity standards, procedures, configurations for the systems and services.
• Monitor and notify security patches releases for the various products.
• Attend security incident response that includes understanding alerts, coordination with various system or service operators, identifying potential threats and performing basic triaging prior to escalation to next level security responder.
• Managing all maintenance breakdown and ensure all faults are attended.
• Supervise onsite installations, testing and commissioning.
• Conduct routine inspection of the premises.
• Site meeting and liaising client.

Requirements

• Relevant University Degree in Information Technology or Computer Technology Engineering and equivalent with 3 years' experience or relevant Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Technology Engineering and equivalent with 6 years' experience
• Class 2 or 3 license holder will be advantage
