Job summary

Siemens Singapore Factory is seeking an experienced Factory IT Manager / IT Business Partner to shape the Digital Factory of the Future. You will bridge factory leadership with Siemens' global IT, define the digitalization roadmap, and drive adoption of MES, ERP, IIoT, and Digital Twin technologies across manufacturing and support processes.

• Several years of experience in Manufacturing IT or digitalization.
• Strong understanding of MES, ERP, PLM, IIoT, or Digital Twin technologies.

• Fluency in English; intercultural competence.

To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced Factory IT Manager / IT Business Partner who will act as the primary interface between factory leadership and Siemens' global IT organization.

In this strategic and highly collaborative role, you will help define and execute the factory's digitalization roadmap, ensure that business needs are effectively represented within the global IT landscape, and drive the adoption of innovative technologies across manufacturing and supporting processes.

You will work in a truly international environment, collaborating with global IT Value Streams, manufacturing experts, partner factories, digitalization specialists, and external partners around the world. Your Impact

As the Factory IT Manager / IT Business Partner, you will:

• Serve as the trusted IT advisor and strategic partner for the factory leadership team.
• Act as the primary interface between local business stakeholders and Siemens' global IT organization.
• Drive the factory's digitalization strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience through innovative IT solutions.
• Represent factory business requirements and ensure their successful translation into global IT initiatives and services.
• Coordinate and orchestrate the delivery of IT services together with global IT Value Streams and external partners.
• Foster strong collaboration between manufacturing, engineering, logistics, quality, and global IT organizations.
• Support the implementation and adoption of Siemens Digital Enterprise solutions, including MES, PLM, ERP, Industrial IoT, and Digital Twin technologies.
• Facilitate demand management, prioritization, and governance processes for factory-related IT initiatives.
• Promote best-practice sharing and collaboration across Siemens' international factory network.
• Support local cybersecurity, compliance, and business continuity activities in close cooperation with the responsible global functions.
• Act as the local representative for IT topics and contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing and business processes.

What You Bring:

• Several years of experience in Manufacturing IT, Digitalization, Smart Factory, Industrial IT, or a comparable environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing-related IT solutions such as MES, ERP, PLM, automation, Industrial IoT, or Digital Twin technologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate successfully in complex, global, and matrix-oriented organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and translating business requirements into IT-enabled solutions.
• Excellent communication, moderation, and influencing skills.
• Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working in international teams.
• Knowledge of IT service management, governance, cybersecurity, and compliance principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
