Job summary

PURE K PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT & Audio-Visual Technician to maintain and troubleshoot our network infrastructure, CCTV systems, servers, and office hardware across multiple outlets in Singapore.

You will install and configure Windows OS, printers, POS systems, manage phone systems, and assist tuning audio and lighting in karaoke/private rooms, with on-site support and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec in IT, Electronics, Networking, AV Tech or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in IT support, networking, AV systems or related field.
• Good knowledge of computer networking, LAN, troubleshooting and structured cabling.
• Proficient in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
• Experience with office printers, POS/receipt printers and printing devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot company network infrastructure including LAN and connectivity.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of servers (file servers, data servers, telephone recording servers).
• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain computer hardware, software and Windows OS.
• Install and maintain office printers, thermal printers and POS/receipt printers.
• Maintain the company telephone system, including user access and permission management.
• Use testing equipment to inspect, calibrate and troubleshoot audio equipment.
• Assist in tuning and optimising audio system settings and sound performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot professional audio systems in karaoke/private rooms including system architecture and fault diagnosis.
• Use lighting software to configure, programme and optimise lighting effects for karaoke/private rooms.
• Provide on-site technical support for IT, network, audio and lighting systems across outlets.
• Perform other technical duties and projects as assigned by supervisor.
