Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking an AV Technician to troubleshoot, install, and maintain AV systems across our venues in Singapore. The role encompasses setup for events, daily operations, and real-time issue resolution to ensure smooth multimedia experiences.

Ideal candidates hold a Nitec/AV cert and have 1–3 years of hands-on AV experience, with the ability to work shifts and collaborate with teams in a dynamic visitor-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Certificate in AV Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in AV installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of AV systems with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Able to lift and handle AV equipment.
• Work at Height/MEWP (Boomlift/Scissor Lift) certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair AV and control systems to ensure smooth audio/video operations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance for AV equipment.
• Set up and operate AV systems for events and daily operations.
• Provide real‑time support for AV, electrical, and mechanical issues.
