Job summary

JK Technology in Singapore is seeking a diligent Part-Time IT Support Technician to join our field service team. You will perform on-site checks of IT peripherals, assist with packing and return of equipment, and maintain daily logs for management.

The role is on-site across Singapore with a four-day work requirement (Mon–Fri 9am–6:30pm) and is suitable for diploma or degree students seeking a long-term part-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• Commitment to at least 4 days per week during office hours.
• On-site work locations across Singapore.
• Basic IT hardware knowledge preferred.
• Independent and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical checking and verification on IT peripherals at customer site.
• Hard disk removal and laptop data erasure.
• Packing of equipments to be returned before sending back to main office.
• Daily recording and reporting to management team.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor.
