• 2–3 years of relevant experience in application support, system administration, IT support, or a related role.
• Experience supporting business applications, websites, Microsoft 365, or SharePoint is an advantage.
• Experience with library management systems or RFID solutions is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Applications Specialist to support and maintain business applications, the corporate website, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, the Training Management System, and client Integrated Library System (ILS) and RFID solutions.
• Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Support: Support the company's Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, email, licenses, and basic configuration. Assist with SharePoint Online configuration, document libraries, permissions, and content management. Provide basic user support and guidance for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Integrated Library System & RFID Systems Support: Provide application support for ILS and RFID solutions for clients. Assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and user support. Work with vendors and clients to follow up on ILS and RFID-related issues.
• Testing, UAT & Documentation: Assist with UAT, system testing, and verification of new features, enhancements, and fixes for ILS and RFID solutions. Prepare and maintain system documentation, test cases, UAT records, user guides, and other project documentation. Assist with implementation and go-live activities as required.
• Vendor & User Support: Liaise with vendors and clients on application support, maintenance, and technical issues.
• Training Management System: Monitor the Training Management System and follow up on system issues when required. Assist with system configuration, user support, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain system and training-related documentation.
• Corporate Website Support: Maintain and support the company's corporate website. Assist with website content updates, basic configuration, security updates, backups, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with external vendors or developers for website issues and enhancements.
