You will be joining a well-established company with over 15 years of experience in providing support to various industries such as IT, corporate, accounts, pharmaceutical, factories, etc. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a desktop and system support specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving errors and issues efficiently, as well as collaborating with vendors and working effectively as part of a team. As a field engineer, you will be required to visit different enterprise infrastructures to provide on-site support. Key Responsibilities:- Installation of operating systems such as Windows 7, 8.1, and 10- Installing MS Office versions from 2003 to 2016- Configuring Outlook email clients- Basic networking knowledge- Troubleshooting printer and scanner problems- Diagnosing hardware issues with servers and systems- Familiarity with Adobe Reader, Acrobat, and AutoCAD at a basic level- Configuring battery inverters, CCTV systems, switches, routers, and biometric devicesQualifications and Skills:- Minimum of 1 to 8 years of experience in desktop and network support- Diploma or +2, B.E, or any degree qualifications are accepted- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude- Ability to provide L1 level desktop support In return, you will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 1000/- along with additional benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and the option to work from home.
