BSI Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Client Manager (Tutor) to build a country-level team of professionals and deliver training and auditing services related to ISO standards.

The role involves tutoring, auditing, and ongoing professional development, with the ability to work from home and travel to client sites as needed. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to grow the training business and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• To be successful, you must have strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering audits and training against ISO/IEC standards is essential.
• Licensed driver with ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working from home or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BSI training courses and in-house solutions to meet BSI standards.
• Audit client management systems to ensure ISO 9001, 27001, 20000 compliance.
• Lead tutoring activities and update customers on BSI services during sessions.
• Provide feedback to support course development and training design.
• Maintain professional qualifications and stay up to date in your field.
• Engage with peers and stakeholders to drive continual improvement.
• Support training sales and marketing with technical knowledge and insights.
• Plan workloads with Planning & Logistics to maximize revenue.
