Qualifications

• At least 5–6 years of relevant experience in clinical research, research implementation, or healthcare operations.
• Experience in operational troubleshooting and process improvements is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Co‑develop structured implementation strategies with clinical teams.
• Support project scoping and resource planning with grant opportunities.
• Guide teams through stakeholder engagement and approval pathways.
• Consolidate and track evidence of implementation impact.
• Facilitate communication between research teams and clinical units.
