Job summary

CRIS Singapore seeks a dynamic Senior Manager/Assistant Director, Innovation & Implementation at NHIC. You will drive translation of innovative health technologies from concept to clinical and market entry, coordinating with MOH, PHCs and MOHH entities to enable scale and adoption.

You will review regulatory and cost-effectiveness data, support IP due diligence, and lead collaborations with CRIS business units to achieve health and economic outcomes for Singapore.

Qualifications

• BSc., MSc., MD, MBBS, PharmD, PhD or DPhil in Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Management, Public Health and/or Technology Management or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience facilitating translation and implementation of early innovations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and cost-effectiveness assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead NHIC innovation and implementation initiatives and grants with MOH, PHCs and partners.
• Identify technologies for clinical implementation and national scaling.
• Support health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) in developing a national framework of cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with MOHH agencies to align regulatory and healthtech assessment requirements.
• Guide PHC projects towards success in terms of health and economic outcomes.
