Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking an Intern for Investor Relations & Communications in Singapore. You will assist in financial reporting, investor engagement, and corporate communications, supporting quarterly results, annual reports, and investor briefs.

You will curate content for web and social media, prepare materials for meetings, and help manage information databases under the guidance of the IR team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and digital design tools like Canva and Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under time constraints.
• Basic understanding of real estate, finance, and accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly financial results, annual reports, stock analyses, and financial marketing materials.
• Prepare investor profiles, briefing materials, and decks for investor meetings and conferences.
• Provide event support for IR activities including roadshows and conferences.
• Help develop internal materials such as board papers and market summaries.
• Curate content and visuals for CLI website and social media.
• Analyse CLI and competitors’ social media content and performance.
• Maintain and update corporate website content; assist Wikipedia page development.
• Manage content libraries and image/video databases; perform ad-hoc tasks.
