Job summary

CapitaLand Group is seeking a Communications Intern for CapitaLand Development to gain hands-on experience telling the stories behind Asia’s iconic real estate projects. You will support corporate communications, media engagement, digital content, website management and brand storytelling - all while working with teams across CLD’s business units and core markets of Singapore, China and Vietnam.

This internship will help you build a strong portfolio, sharpen your strategic thinking and develop

Qualifications

Strong written and spoken English (a writing test is required).
Interest in storytelling, branding, digital content and trends.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Content for websites, social media and other digital channels experience desired.
Interest in CMS, web publishing, digital analytics or basic HTML.

Responsibilities

Draft and edit media releases, factsheets, awards submissions and social posts.
Support media outreach, pitch stories to the media.
Plan and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
Assist photo and video production, including planning shoots and editing reviews.
Update CLD’s corporate website with engaging digital content.
Monitor website and social performance and help with reporting.
Collaborate across CLD’s core markets and cross‑functional teams.
