Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Investor Relations & Capital Markets professional to articulate the company’s equity and debt strategy, engage with investors and analysts, and support financing initiatives aligned with DayOne’s growth plan.

You will prepare earnings materials, manage external communications, and coordinate with boards and executives. Candidates should have 6+ years in IR or corporate finance, a finance degree (MBA/CFA preferred), and strong storytelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interaction with executives and investors.
• Experience in data centers, infrastructure, or real estate sectors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts.
• Prepare earnings materials, investor decks, board presentations, and FAQs.
• Support investor inquiries with clear, consistent messaging.
• Analyze capital-raising opportunities and financing strategies.
• Develop board-level reports on capital markets activity and financing options.
• Benchmark peers and analyze market dynamics for opportunities and risks.
