Job summary

DigitalBridge in Singapore seeks an Analyst or Associate to join its Investor Relations and Capital Formation team. You will support fundraising and engagement with prospective and existing LPs across Asia-Pacific for the firm’s global digital and energy infrastructure strategies.

The role combines investor communications, due diligence coordination, fund and portfolio analysis, and fundraising execution, with exposure to investment teams and colleagues globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, banking, or a related field, preferably in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of private market fund structures, IRR, multiples and distributions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and tailor investor presentations, fund summaries, investment case studies and meeting materials.
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, webinars and site visits; support LP relationships.
• Maintain virtual data rooms and ensure materials are current and access-controlled.
• Assist with due diligence questionnaires, RFPs and investor requests; consolidate input from teams.
