Job summary
Digit alBridge APAC Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Associate investment professional to join its global digital infrastructure investment management team. You will be part of transaction groups, originate and execute deals, monitor portfolio companies, and evaluate follow-on opportunities.
Associates forecast operating results and financial returns, interact with investors and lenders, and may travel domestically and internationally as part of the firm
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of experience at a leading investment bank, private equity firm or comparable experience.
- Exceptional financial modeling proficiency and analytical capabilities.
- Close attention to detail coupled with strong presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, positive attitude, work ethic and ability to multitask.
- High level of maturity and integrity and hard work ethic.
- Self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Company valuation
- Conducting primary corporate and industry research
- Conducting company due diligence
- Creating presentation materials for the firm's investors and investment committee
- Ongoing monitoring of operating and financial results of portfolio companies
- Assisting portfolio companies with developing and executing strategic growth initiatives
