Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical engineering or computer science.
• Min 5 years of experience in SOC hardware architecture development for communication networking or switch SOCs.
• Strong ownership and accountability from design through validation and delivery.
• Deep understanding of chip hardware, system design, and SOC architecture projects.
• Experience driving architecture decisions across Software/Firmware/Hardware/Design teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements, study standards, propose ideas, and develop hardware architecture specs.
• Develop signal processing algorithms for communication products.
• Define design specs for complex hardware blocks and accelerators with power, performance and timing in mind.
• Provide technical leadership across development, assisting designers, verification and system validation engineers.
• Review verification plans, identify gaps, debug issues on pre/post silicon platforms, ensure standards conformance.
• Identify improvements in existing hardware modules and communicate architectural/design enhancements.
