Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a technical sales professional to provide pre-sales application support and deliver after-sales assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role includes promoting products through demonstrations, telemarketing, and marketing activities, while building strong customer relationships. You will engage with clients in English and Mandarin, leveraging expertise in Wireless Sensors, IoT solutions, Level Sensors, PLCs and HMIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in engineering, technical, IT sales, or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge in Wireless Sensors, IoT, Level Sensors, PLCs, and HMIs with control system exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Fluent English and Mandarin for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Experience in measurement instruments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales application support and technical consultation to customers.
• Deliver after-sales support and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote products through telemarketing, product demonstrations, and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage and expand sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
