Job summary

INTELLISTRIDE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IoT Support Engineer for on-site operations in Singapore.

The role involves 24/7 support across production and logistics environments, with shift work and hands-on maintenance of IoT and related infrastructure at customer facilities. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on IoT/industrial experience, basic networking knowledge, and familiarity with RFID, sensors, gateways, and edge devices.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years hands-on IoT, automation, RFID, networking or related engineering roles.
On-site support experience in production, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred.
Diploma/degree in relevant engineering field; CCNA or related certifications are plus.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and network equipment on-site.
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues (RFID readers, antennas, sensors, edge gateways, switches).
Support deployment, installation, relocation, and configuration of new IoT devices per Intellistride standards.
Perform preventive maintenance and firmware/software updates for IoT devices.
Monitor dashboards and respond to incidents to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with remote L2/L3 engineers and project teams for complex issues.
Document incidents, causes, actions, and changes in ticketing systems.
Support site acceptance tests, PoCs, and system expansions including field testing.
