Responsibilities

System Maintenance: Plan, execute, and oversee preventive maintenance for building electrical and facilities systems, including HVAC, MV, Compressed Air, and P&S systems.
Predictive Maintenance: Implement predictive strategies leveraging IoT sensors and AI-driven applications to drive energy savings and support the AI-Driven Maintenance Work Process (MWP).
Utilities Management: Manage and maintain critical utilities supply systems, including HT/LT, digital metering, energy monitoring, water, and gas supplies.
Vendor & Project Management: Lead facility repair projects, review external vendor electrical design submissions, and ensure safety compliances are delivered within budget and timeline.
Integrated Facilities Management (IFM): Develop and implement an IFM model to coordinate M&E maintenance, enhancing collaboration and achieving cost savings.
