Job summary

AVIATION LABOUR GROUP PTE. LTD. is hiring Facility Maintenance Engineers to support a client on the west side of Singapore, focusing on plant facilities maintenance and energy-efficient operations.

This is a 1-year contract with a high likelihood of extension or conversion to permanent, with exposure to AI-driven maintenance workflows and IoT sensor solutions to enhance reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in FM/Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 5–8 years of facilities maintenance/management experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical systems maintenance expertise.
• Tech-savvy with AI-driven mindset and data analytics aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee preventive maintenance of building facilities systems.
• Oversee electrical, HVAC, MV, compressed air, P&S systems and related utilities.
• Ensure safety compliance and reliability of operations.
• Implement predictive maintenance using IoT sensors and AI tools.
• Drive KPIs for energy savings and fast breakdown recovery.
• Lead and manage plant facilities repair and improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on vendor submissions and approvals.
• Develop integrated facility management (IFM) to coordinate M&E works.
