Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering required.
• 2-5 years semiconductor equipment maintenance preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on ion implant equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and minimize production downtime.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, RF, and control system issues.
• Escalate critical issues to engineers or management when necessary.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EHS and quality requirements.
