Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Custom Layout Engineer to join the Custom Layout engineering team.

You will undertake physical design implementation of Foundation IP, Analog IP and RFIC for next-generation process platform developments. The role demands hands-on CMOS technologies (FinFETs/GAA), strong IP/DRM and DFM knowledge, and proficiency with Cadence/Synopsys tools. You will collaborate across sites to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, with responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Experience in custom Foundation IP (IO/ESD) and RF/Analog layout implementation.
Proficiency with DFM, floorplanning, SI/PI, EM/IR and ESD backend flows, and verification.

Responsibilities

Undertake custom layout engineer role for IO/ESD Foundation IP, Analog IP and RFIC across process nodes.
Full responsibility for layout implementation, including floorplanning, layout construction, physical verification and QA sign-off.
Provide timely project updates and anticipate execution risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Communicate effectively with multi-functional and multi-site teams to optimize layout for Power, Performance & Area.
