Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a disciplined accounting assistant for a 6-9 month engagement at Bukit Merah. The role focuses on verifying vendor invoices, processing in the Vendor Invoice Management System, and supporting month-end accruals.

The shortlisted candidate will have at least A level or Diploma in any field and preferably some accounting exposure, with adherence to internal procedures and tax rules. The position offers a monthly salary up to SGD 2,400.

Qualifications

• Invoicing and vendor query handling experience preferred.
• Attention to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to meet monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices from vendors in the Vendor Invoice Management System.
• Process invoices per internal procedures and tax regulations.
• Post PO-based invoices within the required timeframe.
• Check Unmatched and Variance Report and follow up on discrepancies.
• Answer calls and emails related to invoice processing and vendor queries.
• Assist in month-end accrual preparation.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties.
