Job summary

the cap consulting group pte ltd is assisting an international private equity firm in Singapore that seeks a Senior Associate- Product Specialist/IR to join its IR team. You will support investor relations, fundraising, and product management while engaging with investors and cross-functional teams.

This role offers exposure to private assets, a dynamic environment, and a competitive base with a variable bonus. Strong client service and market curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 3–5 years in investment support, product-related, or IR roles and strong client service orientation.
• Strong product knowledge in asset management (PE, funds of funds, PE fintech) or IR consulting.
• Interest in private equity and capital markets; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor relations activities including servicing, reporting, queries, data room access, and CRM management.
• Drive investor engagement initiatives such as visits, conferences, and roadshows.
• Lead and coordinate product launches, positioning, collateral, and strategic oversight.
• Support fundraising efforts in partnership with sales and senior management.
• Coordinate bespoke solutions, including proposal structuring and cross-functional work.
• Contribute to branding and communications; oversee day-to-day admin; collaborate across the firm.
