Job summary

AR Capital seeks an experienced operations professional to join the Operations team as Assistant Manager, Client Operations. You will own investor operating experience across transactions, records, and external fund administrator coordination, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

The role focuses on control discipline, clear communication and a service mindset, building a resilient Client Operations function and serving as the internal SME for investor operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investor operations, client operations or fund administration.
• Strong reconciliation and record‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication and ability to interact with external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Own processing and oversight of investor transactions and reconciliations.
• Maintain shadow investor register with data integrity and version control.
• Liaise with Fund Administrator's Investor Services and escalate issues to COO as needed.
• Coordinate AML/KYC documentation and ensure submission quality.
• Lead recurring investor communications, update fund factsheets and distribute content.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve processes.
