Job summary

AVPN is seeking an Associate Director for Investments, Ecosystem Engagement, based in Singapore with regional scope across Southeast and Northeast Asia. You will lead investment engagement, develop relationships with foundations, DFIs, and corporate partners, and scale AVPN's investments practice under the Director of Investments.

You will manage education, deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring, while contributing to thought leadership and ecosystem intelligence across Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, sustainability, or related field; CFA preferred.
• 6–9 years of experience in investments, finance, investment management, or closely related field.
• Experience across investor education, deal sourcing, due diligence, and ESG/SDG-aligned strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive investments engagement across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with AVPN members and stakeholders across the investment spectrum.
• Support members in advancing their investment goals, from education and strategy to deal sourcing and due diligence.
• Facilitate connections between social enterprises and global companies seeking ESG-aligned opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline and CRM records, and contribute to reporting and capacity building.
