Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager for the Group Investment Office to help develop investment strategies and asset allocation recommendations. You will work closely with the team to deliver rigorous analyses and insightful recommendations.

The role includes building/maintaining financial models, preparing investment memos, and supporting transaction execution while staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; candidates with related experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical ability with a willingness to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop investment strategies and asset allocation recommendations with the team.
• Perform top-down sector analysis to understand drivers and risks.
• Conduct bottom-up analysis of opportunities in public equities, special situations, startups, and fund managers.
• Develop/maintain financial models to derive valuation and drivers of returns.
• Prepare concise investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support transaction execution, including reviewing legal documents with the legal team.
• Assist in broader group initiatives from an operating/strategic perspective.
• Stay updated on portfolio developments, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Support ongoing internal portfolio reporting needs.
