Job summary

Temasek Holdings in Singapore seeks an experienced Investment Stewardship professional to oversee voting framework and translate global governance developments into stewardship priorities that support long-term value creation.

You will monitor governance trends, lead policy implementation, and engage with investors and regulators, using AI to enhance voting processes and partner across the organization to strengthen governance across Temasek's portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate governance or investment stewardship.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks across Asia, the Americas and Europe.
• Ability to connect governance issues to business performance and shareholder value.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with sound judgement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior audiences.
• Self-starter, able to work independently with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global governance trends and translate implications into policy positions and priorities.
• Lead implementation and refinement of voting policy and guidelines.
