Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate governance, investment stewardship, proxy voting, investing, asset management or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance frameworks, regulations and market practices across Asia, the Americas and Europe, including familiarity with proxy adviser guidelines.
• Strong interest in and understanding of capital markets, with ability to connect governance issues to business performance, investor expectations and shareholder value.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with sound judgement and the ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong written, verbal and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior audiences.
• Is a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively across various stakeholders.
